The 272-key Tribe Bangkok Sukhumvit 39 will open its doors later this year
Ennismore – the company behind Dubai's Hyde and SLS hotels – has announced the signing of Tribe Bangkok Sukhumvit 39. The first Tribe hotel in Thailand, it is set to open in the last quarter of 2022.
The affordable Tribe brand focuses on functional, simple and contemporary spaces where modern travellers can stay, work, sleep and socialise.
Centrally positioned in one of Bangkok's most vibrant neighbourhoods, Tribe Bangkok Sukhumvit 39 will offer convenient access to the area's trendy dining spots and shops, as well as Benchakitti Park.
Onsite dining options include an all-day restaurant and rooftop bar, while wellness facilities will include a gym, swimming pool and an onsen (a Japanese-style bathhouse).

The Tribe Bangkok Sukhumvit 39 will hold 272 rooms and serviced apartments, combining comfort with the latest technologies.
The serviced apartments are a new addition to the brand and are designed for longer stays
Founded in 2011 by entrepreneur Sharan Pasricha, Ennismore and Accor entered a joint venture in 2021 to create a new autonomous entity, bringing together Ennismore's know-how in building brands with Accor's knowledge in delivering scale, network growth and distribution.

Ennismore has already signed 50 Tribe hotels and is aiming for rapid expansion with up to 100 addresses to open globally within the next five years.
Elsewhere in the brand’s portfolio, there are Mama Shelter properties planned for Dubai and Bahrain, and Ennismore will bring its lifestyle brands to at least 12 destinations in Saudi Arabia.
