Etihad Holidays debuts in UK

The launch marks an important step in the operator's global growth strategy

Etihad Holidays has created a travel agents portal to offer holidays to UK-based travellers to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, the UAE, Thailand and the Indian Ocean.

Etihad Holidays will be operated in the UK by Capital Holidays, a subsidiary of Tourism365, which is the tourism entity of the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Company (ADNEC) group. 

Capital Holidays is set to fully launch in the UK next year and will offer package holidays to destinations currently not available on Etihad Airways’ network, such as Mediterranean beach breaks.

The dedicated Etihad Holidays team in the UK will oversee sales operations on behalf of Capital Holidays.

To mark expansion into the UK, Etihad Holidays is offering local agents a chance to win a place on an educational trip to Abu Dhabi this year. Every booking made in July will automatically enter agents into a draw.
