Pre-clearance facility is the only one of its kind in the Middle East and Asia
Passengers flying to the US from Abu Dhabi with Etihad can now pre-clear customs before departing Zayed International Airport (AUH).
The pre-clearance facility is the only one of its kind in the Middle East and Asia.
The service – which is offered by Abu Dhabi Airports in collaboration with US Customs and Border Protection (US CBP), Etihad Airways and Etihad Airport Services – allows all Etihad passengers to arrive stateside as domestic passengers, avoiding queues and saving time.
