Enrique Mandl will lead the brand’s latest venture, opening in Jumeirah Beach Residence in Q4 2023

Seasoned Hotelier, Enrique Mandl, will take on the role of general manager of FIVE Hotels And Resorts’ latest opening, FIVE Luxe, launching in Dubai in Q4 2023.

Based in Jumeirah Beach Residence, it will be the group’s third property in Dubai after its Palm Jumeirah and Jumeirah Village resorts.

In keeping with the brand’s reputation as one of the city’s prime nightlife locations, the JBR property will offer culinary and entertainment offerings, including Lío Ibiza, which Mandl headed since 2018, turning it into one of the Balearic island’s most loved luxury restaurant, cabaret and club concepts.

With 19 years of experience leading some of the foremost hospitality destinations around the globe including Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay, and OKU IBIZA, Mandl will spearhead the management of recruitment and operations for this prime beach property, which boasts of 222 hotel rooms and suites and 275 residences.

In addition to several culinary and nightlife venues, guests can enjoy a 14,000-square-foot private beach, the ReFIVE Spa, an indoor and outdoor beach gym, an iconic Social Pool, private beach and a paddle tennis court. The entire property showcases uninterrupted sweeping sea views and glittering vistas of the Dubai Eye and Palm Jumeirah.
