Hilton Skanes Monastir Beach Resort comprises 346 rooms

Hilton has announced its foray into the Tunisian market with the opening of the Hilton Skanes Monastir Beach Resort.

Offering panoramic Mediterranean views, the resort is located in Skanes, six miles from downtown Monastir and eight miles from Sousse, a sought-after destination on Tunisia's coastline.

The resort's interiors are inspired by Tunisian culture with warm marine colours and each of its 346 rooms feature balconies that offer views of the sea or one of the pools.

Onsite, guests will have access to several restaurants, the resort's seawater indoor heated pool and various activities, including tennis, water sports, billiards and 'air hockey' in the games room. Entertainment options are also available for younger guests at the Kids and Teens Club.

The hotel is also home to the Natura Thalasso & Spa Cinq Monde, with 15 treatment rooms, including exfoliating or hydrotherapy treatments. Fitness enthusiasts can also access the 24-hour fully equipped fitness centre.

Hilton Skanes Monastir Beach Resort is Hilton's first property in Tunisia, with three additional properties currently in development.
