IHCL to open two Taj hotels in Bahrain

Properties to be located in Seef in Manama and Hamala

India’s largest hospitality company, Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), has announced the signing of two new luxury resorts in Bahrain.

In partnership with Kingdom Projects WLL, the new Taj-branded hotels, to be located in Hamala and Seef in Manama, will see IHCL become the first Indian hospitality company to establish a presence in Bahrain, further cementing its footprint in the Middle East. 

The 251-key Taj resort in Hamala on the west coast will offer guests an all-day dining restaurant as well as two specialty restaurants, a swimming pool and beach club, a state-of-the-art gym and a spa. 

The 200-room Taj hotel in the Seef commercial district of Manama will cater to business travellers and tourists exploring the capital. Facilities will include a gym, spa and swimming pool, all-day dining and specialty restaurants, and a pool bar.
