Located just off The Walk, JBR, the restaurant overlooks Bluewaters Island and the Ain Dubai
A new beachside dining destination has opened its doors by one of Dubai’s most popular shorelines in time for the arrival of winter sun tourists.
Tamoka is inspired by the rich cultures of the Antillean islands, as well as Tulum, San José and Lima towards the shores of Cartagena, Caracas, Panama City and onwards to the Caribbean islands. The concept aims to emulate a journey through Latin America and the Caribbean in both aesthetic and flavour.
Tamoka is open for lunch, sundowners and dinner, and a resident DJ provides the tunes.
The spacious, open-plan restaurant comprises outdoor seating and fire pits, sunken lounges and a ceviche bar with hints of indigenous Latin American craftsmanship throughout the décor.

Signature seafood include the ‘centolla‘, Alaskan king crab with little gem lettuce served with an Argentinian-style dressing and salsa; ‘langostinos‘, Patagonian prawns with creamy coconut rice and a traditional spicy huancaina sauce from Peru.
