The 480-key Dubai property is set to open in 2025

Marriott International has teamed up with Al Ali Property Investments (API) to bring Moxy Hotel to the Al Barsha district of Dubai in the UAE.

A conversion of an existing property, the hotel will undergo a brand positioning process and refurbishment before opening as a Moxy Hotel during summer 2025.

Moxy Al Barsha Dubai will mark the debut of Moxy in the UAE and will feature the brand’s industrial design and social spaces.

This hotel marks the third collaboration between Marriott International and API, following the signings of Marriott Executive Apartments and Marriott Hotel Residences on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Moxy Hotels is established in the upper midscale lifestyle segment across the globe with more than 135 properties in operation across more than 25 countries.
