New GM to oversee Mövenpick and Voco Bonnington hotels in Dubai

JLT hotels will be helmed by Guillermo Salvatori

United Hospitality Management (UHM) has appointed Guillermo Salvatori as Cluster General Manager for Dubai’s Mövenpick Jumeirah Lakes Towers and Voco Bonnington Dubai. 

With more than 26 years’ experience, Salvatori’s expertise spans global markets, including the Middle East, Europe, Latin America and the UK, with leadership roles at Accor, InterContinental Hotels and DeVere Hotels Group.

Throughout his career, he has overseen operations for 10 hotels, including three pre-openings, as well as more than 25 restaurants across 12 cities and five countries on three continents. 

Part of the Accor Hotels team since July 2013, Salvatori recently served as Hotel Manager at Mövenpick Jumeirah Lakes Towers, where he was successful in elevating the property’s brand reputation and financial success. 

He was also instrumental in defining the pre-opening and business development strategy for Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island, a 300-key resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. 

Prior to this, he founded and ran El Juglar Mudo, a successful F&B group in Spain, where he launched and scaled multiple high-performing venues.

In his new role as Cluster GM, Salvatori will oversee the strategic direction of both properties, with plans to set new benchmarks in guest experience, operational excellence and financial sustainability.
