New IHG development in Dubai will feature floating homes

Hotel group partners with luxury developer in a Middle East first

IHG Hotels & Resort has partnered with Dubai luxury real estate developer Sankar to launch the Middle East’s first Regent Residences.

Regent Residences Dubai Sankari Place will be located in Dubai’s Marasi Marina neighbourhood and will have 63 upper units and 10 floating homes.

Expected to be completed toward the end of 2027, the residences are designed to elevate the "luxury hospitality experience within a residential ecosystem’.

Situated on the waterfront peninsula, residents can expect views of Dubai Creek and Downtown Dubai. Architecturally, the twin-tower design will have a collection of full-floor residences, each with a private swimming pool and outdoor living spaces.
