The 170-key Radisson Collection Residence, Riyadh has eight penthouses and four villas

Radisson Hotel Group has expanded its luxury portfolio in Saudi Arabia with the signing of Radisson Collection Residence, Riyadh.

Expected to open by the end of 2024, the 170-room hotel, which includes eight penthouses and four villas, joins the group’s luxury accommodation portfolio in the capital alongside Radisson’s Mansard Riyadh Hotel and Nofa Riyadh Resort.

The residence is expected to offer guests exclusive amenities, access to a rooftop pool and panoramic cityscape views.

Located on King Faha Road within the Al Mutamarat District, Radisson Collection Residence, Riyadh is a 40-minute drive from King Khalid International Airport.

Signed in partnership with Zamil Group, Radisson Hotel Group’s latest acquisition further boosts its commitment to Saudi Arabia, where it currently operates 28 hotels with 18 more under development.
