Early bird discounts now available for October event

The fourth edition of Synergy – The Retreat Show, which brings together up to 300 retreat industry insiders, is heading to Sardinia in 2025.

The event, to be held from 7 to 10 October 2025, will focus on showcasing how the arts can intersect with wellness and healing.

Fresh from the 2024 event in Bali, and with previous events held in Mexico (2023) and Ibiza (2022), Synergy is considered a key event in the wellness travel trade show calendar.

Recognised for servicing the wellness travel and retreat industry, Synergy brings together likeminded individuals working in wellness travel, from wellness experts and practitioners to instructors and coaches, as well as travel designers and luxury properties.

The 2025 show will take place at Is Molas Resort in Pula, on the south side of the island.

This year’s show was held at Revivo Wellness Resort in Bali. Over the three-day event, attendees were introduced to and immersed in leading trends in the wellness space for 2025, including Laughter Yoga, Hojo Japanese Martial Arts Sword-Fighting and Trauma Response.
