Collaboration will provide hotel group with access to travel company's client and agent networks
Leading Saudi Arabian travel agency Almosafer has entered a global strategic partnership with hotel group Mandarin Oriental.
The collaboration, announced at World Travel Market London 2024, benefits the hotel group by giving it greater access to the lucrative Saudi market through Almosafer’s luxury client database and provides Almosafer access to Mandarin’s global property portfolio of 41 hotels and resorts, elevating its luxury hospitality segment.
As part of the partnership, Almosafer Concierge, Almosafer’s dedicated server solution for ultra-high-net-worth travellers, has been integrated into Mandarin Oriental’s partner recognition programme, Fans of MO.
Almosafer customers will have direct access to real-time inventory and competitive pricing through the company's consumer platforms, and it will promote Mandarin Oriental to its clients in Saudi and beyond.

The partnership will also provide the Mandarin Oriental access to Almosafer’s extensive network of travel agents through its Destination Management Company, Discover Saudi, further boosting greater brand visibility.
