Launch will follow successful debut of The Other House South Kensington
The Other House hotel group is set to make its mark in London’s Covent Garden with the opening of a 146-key property at the end of 2025.
The new hotel follows the successful debut in The Other House South Kensington in 2022 and will feature the brand’s Residents Club concept.
The apartment-style accommodation and private members' club are key parts of the brand’s DNA. Other facilities include the Owl & Monkey cocktail bar, a relaxed all-day dining brasserie called The Other Kitchen and The Peacock Lounge rooftop bar.
Club Flat bedroom
There will be 146 signature bedrooms and Club Flats, offering apartment-style living with the flexibility and amenities of a hotel. All Club Flats include ample living space, a full-stocked kitchenette, separate bedroom area and en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower.
Residents and members will also have access to The Other House Covent Garden’s wellness and fitness facilities, featuring a subterranean vitality pool, sound bath, treatment rooms and a state-of-the-art gym.

Located in London’s theatre district, The Other House Covent Garden is close to the Royal Opera House and many of London’s most famous landmarks.
