Solutions Leisure – the team behind STK, Asia Asia, Lock Stock and Barrel, Baby Q and Koyo – launched the new venue in the UAE
After six months of renovations at the space that was once West 14th at Dukes, The Palm, Solutions Leisure Group has unveiled Ula, its latest beachside restaurant and bar concept.
Meaning sea jewel, Ula was developed in partnership with luxury hospitality and real estate developer, Seven Tides.

With a Mediterranean-inspired menu prepared in the house, key dishes include clay-pot slow-roasted lamb, whole lobster and classic French desserts, including mille-feuille.
The expansive space features two dedicated bar areas along with pool-side, beach-side and indoor dining around an open kitchen.
Ula aims to be a go-to venue for laidback lunches, family afternoons by the pool, sunset dinners and evening sundowners.
