New look includes trouser suits for both men and women
Emirates has introduced a brand-new look for its Premium and VIP Passenger Services team in Dubai.
The new uniform, which is to be worn by the airline’s 145-strong team at Dubai International Airport, is similar to the instantly recognisable outfits worn by Emirates cabin crew.
Created by Emirates' in-house designers, it mirrors the colours worn on-board, pairing red with the same warm sand shade that is symbolic of the region’s desert dunes.
A three-piece tailored sand-hued suit is available as part of the VIP team’s male wardrobe, which is accented with a red pocket square.

Female crew have the option of a trouser suit, or an A-line skirt suit, worn with the iconic Emirates red hat and chiffon draping scarf, red leather shoes, red belt and handbag.
Responsible for ensuring a seamless travel experience for high-profile passengers, from dignitaries to celebrities, the VIP team looks after 150,000 travellers annually.
The Emirates cabin crew uniform has had many iterations over the years, and the current look, unveiled in 2008, was designed by the Emirates in collaboration with Simon Jersey, a leading UK-based manufacturer of uniforms.
In 2024, the airline extended the range of shoe styles female cabin crew can wear to 15, offering a variety of heights, widths, shapes and styles to ensure maximum comfort.
