United Hospitality Management to operate Dubai’s Voco Bonnington hotel

Management rights awarded by new owner Arzan Investment 

Global company United Hospitality Management (UHM) has been appointed franchise operator of Dubai’s Voco Bonnington hotel in Jumeirah Lakes Towers in Dubai.

The news comes following Arzan Investment Management’s (AIM) acquisition of the 208-key hotel.

UHM will continue to operate the hotel under IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Voco brand.

Greg O’Stean, CEO of United Hospitality Management (UHM) said: “We are honoured to partner with Arzan Investment Management on this exciting project.

“We look forward to working with the existing hotel team and with IHG to ensure a seamless transition and to maintaining the outstanding service levels the hotel is known for.”
