Stuart Parish oversees the UK operations of Jacobs Media Group, including the portfolios of flagship brands Travel Weekly and The Caterer.
Like chief executive Duncan Horton, he has a long career history with Jacobs Media Group chairman Clive Jacobs, having previously worked alongside Horton for Holiday Autos, lastminute.com and Freeads Classifieds.
He started his career in the marketing team of Holiday Autos, going on to play an instrumental role in the company’s growth before its sale to lastminute.com in 2003.
Following the acquisition, he moved to lastminute.com as media manager, overhauling its marketing approach and ROI tracking, before focusing on the Travelocity brand after the acquisition of lastminute by Sabre.
He took a short break from the travel industry as a director of Jacobs-owned online marketplace Freeads.co.uk, before joining the leadership team of Travel Weekly Group after its acquisition by Jacobs.
In January 2018 he was promoted to become Jacobs Media Group’s UK group managing director with responsibility for the entire UK operation across the travel and hospitality portfolios.
