Commenting on his appointment, Dieckmann said: “I am delighted to have the privilege of shaping interest in this pristine emerging destination on the Red Sea that is gaining worldwide attention as a leader for regenerative luxury experiences.”
In his new role, Dieckmann will oversee the resort’s launch and operations at the Red Sea destination in northwest Saudi Arabia. The property will feature 149 rooms and suites, 31 residences, multiple dining venues and a spa, alongside marine and cultural experiences for travellers.
The appointment comes as Four Seasons expands its Saudi portfolio, building on its existing property in Riyadh, Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre. The group also has planned developments in Diriyah and Madinah, as well as additional property in Triple Bay, Amaala on the Red Sea coast, where it recently appointed General Manager Ulf Bremer.
