Promoted from Managing Director, Aaron Kaupp will now oversee three properties

Raffles The Palm Dubai has promoted its Managing Director, Aaron Kaupp, to Regional Vice President, expanding his leadership across multiple Raffles properties in the region.
In his new role, Kaupp will oversee Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain and Raffles Seychelles, while continuing to lead the Dubai resort. The appointment strengthens regional alignment across the brand’s luxury portfolio.
Kaupp, who first joined Raffles The Palm in February 2024, brings more than 25 years of experience in international hospitality. He has held senior leadership roles across Italy, France and the UK, and previously worked with the Raffles portfolio, serving as the General Manager of Le Royal Monceau Raffles Paris from 2016 to 2020.
His work has been recognised with multiple industry accolades, including the Luxury Travel Advisor Award for ‘Best General Manager of a Luxury Hotel/Resort Worldwide’.

Opened in 2021, Raffles The Palm Dubai features 353 rooms, suites and villas, alongside a private beach, 24-hour butler service and a 3,000-square-metre Cinq Mondes Spa.
The hospitality group continues to grow its presence in the GCC, with the upcoming Raffles Jeddah slated to open in 2026. Overlooking the corniche, the development will consist of two towers, one housing a 182-key hotel and the other featuring 120 branded residences.
