Programmes include posture workouts, dance classes and brain exercises
Crystal, A&K’s luxury cruise company, is introducing two new voyages to its mix of itineraries, with sailings dedicated to wellness and rejuvenation.
The Crystal Symphony wellness retreat voyages will take place from 1 to 14 December, and from 14 to 23 December 2024, bringing together industry experts who have curated specialised programmes in healthy ageing, functional nutrition, fitness and mental well-being.
The first voyage will depart Barcelona, Spain with guests joining a 14-night sailing, including stops in Gibraltar, Morocco, the Canary Islands (Spain) and Cape Verde, offering a menu of plant-based dishes and the possibility to follow a daily meal plan for fat reduction, as well as personal training, fitness classes, yoga and meditation workshops, and lectures from renowned keynote speakers.
Immersive, health-driven excursions feature pickleball, padel and golf in scenic environments, as well as hikes, nature walks and kayaking.
On board activities will extend to cooking classes, aloe vera workshops, strength and mobility training, spinning classes, posture workouts, dance classes, and "brain exercises", such as bridge classes and painting lessons.
Health services at AurÅra Spa will include acupuncture, aromatherapy, aqua meditation, cryo facials and hammam experiences.
Guests will also be able to enjoy in-suite herbal tea and fresh vegetable smoothies to complement intermittent fasting detox days.
