Saudi’s Aroya Cruises heads to the Med for summer

Itineraries to visit iconic stops in Türkiye and Greece

Aroya Cruises, the cruise line operated by Cruise Saudi, is expanding into the Mediterranean market this summer.

The new itineraries feature six- and seven-night sailings to ports in Türkiye and Greece, visiting iconic destinations that showcase ancient civilisations, historical sites and idyllic islands.

Starting 21 June 2025, Aroya will sail to Bodrum, Marmaris, Kaş and Kuşadası in Türkiye followed by additional Greek stops in Athens, Mykonos and Crete that month. In July, the itineraries will expand to also call at Rhodes and İzmir, with Fethiye added in August. Aroya will homeport in Istanbul until September.

The ship has 1,678 luxury cabins, suites and villas, two swimming pools, 29 dining venues, a 1,018-seat theatre, shopping souk, beauty salon, spa, and a dedicated kids’ zone with a splash area and with water slides.

Launched in December 2024, Aroya debuted with three- to seven-night cruises across the Red Sea, with stops in Egypt, Jordan and its own private island, Jabal AlSabaya which comes with a beach club.

Aroya Cruises recently unveiled a promotional campaign fronted by celebrity couple Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodríguez to celebrate its Mediterranean sailings.
