The winners were named at Seatrade Cruise Med in Malaga
The winners of the 2022 Seatrade Cruise Awards have been announced at Seatrade Cruise Med, the largest B2B cruise tradeshow and conference for the Mediterranean, held this year in Malaga, Spain.
The awards were judged by an independent panel comprising 15 leading voices from the international cruise community, from key sectors including hospitality, operations, marketing and technology, ranging from editors, professors and consultants to principals, managing directors and chief executive officers.

Commenting on his win for Seatrade Cruise Personality of the Year, Celestyal Cruises CEO Chris Theophilides said: "It's a huge honour, especially at a time where the perseverance of the cruise industry has been tested. With sustainability high on everyone’s agenda, for the third year in a row, the Seatrade Cruise Awards haven been made from beech wood, which is PEFC-certified and comes from sustainable resources.
