The immersive dining experience will return for its second season next month

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai has confirmed that Ibiza’s Sublimotion concept will return for a new multi-sensory dining pop-up from 1 November 2022 to 1 May 2023.

The six-month season follows the success of the concept’s first outing in 2021.

Launched in Ibiza in 2014, Sublimotion is the brainchild of world-renowned chef Paco Roncero and creative director Eduardo Gonzales of Vega Factory.

Returning with an exclusive new show, the immersive haute-cuisine experience features 10 courses that transform with every scene and are paired with performances. Guests are told to expect “a culinary experience like no other, as the scenes unfold around them”.

The theatrical show includes imagery projected onto every surface and an expert team of chefs, designers, directors, technicians and musicians.

Prospective diners can choose from two daily seatings at 18:00 and 21:30. The experience is priced at AED 5,000 (US$ 1,360) per seat inclusive of unlimited premium beverages and AED 3,500 (US$ 950) per seat inclusive of soft drinks and mocktails.
