From a Dubai landmark to stylish urban retreats in Florence and Frankfurt, here are the latest launches
Arguably the most exciting hotel opening in 2025, the much anticipated Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab threw open its ultra-luxury doors on 14 March, giving the UAE a new landmark hotel.
Designed to look like a futuristic superyacht pulling into shore, this standout five-star resort features stylish suites inspired by Italy’s legendary Riva boats with expansive terraces that are perfect for soaking in the sweeping ocean views.
Beyond Dubai, openings (and reopenings) have continued apace throughout the UAE, including Vignette Collection’s first desert resort near Abu Dhabi.
Elsewhere, The Hoxton has opened in a 16th-century palace in Florence, Kimpton has made its debut in Germany with a 155-key property in Frankfurt’s financial district and Sun Siyam Olhuveli has launched the longest pool in the Maldives.
Following our February lineup of new hotel debuts, here are the 11 most exciting hotel openings in March 2025.
