Future Hospitality Summit – FHS World has revealed the first 50 confirmed speakers for the GCC region’s hospitality and tourism investment event, which returns to Dubai from 27-29 October 2025.lINE
Being held at Madinat Jumeirah under the theme ‘Where Vision Leads, Investment Follows’, this year will mark the 20th anniversary of the event, which attracted a record 1,596 attendees in 2024 from more than 60 countries.
Some of the speakers confirmed include Abdullah Al Moosa, Founder & Chairman of A A Al Moosa Enterprises, and winner of the 2025 FHS Lifetime Achievement Award; Thomas B Meier, CEO of Jumeirah; British billionaire Nick Candy, CEO of Candy Capital; and Shaikha Nasser Al Nowais, Corporate VP and Owner Relationship Management at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation and the newly appointed Secretary-General Elect at UN Tourism.
The impressive and diverse lineup also includes Shaun Killa, Design Director and Founder of Killa Design – responsible for some of the region’s iconic modern masterpieces including Dubai’s Museum of the Future, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab and the UFO-style overwater villas at Shebara at The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia.

The event will feature speakers across three stages, as well as presentations, roundtables, workshops and country pavilions – this year including for the first time: China, Italy, Maldives and the Philippines showcasing their hospitality and tourism investment offerings.
Reflecting surging interest in the region, the Branded Residences Forum promises to be a highlight of the three-day gathering which will also discuss investment opportunities in Asia, Europe and Africa.
As well as FHS World, The Bench organises FHS Saudi Arabia, with the next edition of that show taking place from 20-22 April 2026 at Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah in Riyadh.
Each event brings together government leaders, tourism ministries, global travel associations, leading hospitality brands, destination developers, hotel owners and investors.
The event was previously known as the Arabian Hospitality Investment Conference (AHIC).
