Accor unveils plans to expand branded residence portfolio

The hospitality group will triple its residential footprint by 2027

Accor has announced that it will have more than 150 branded residences in operation by 2027, marking an increase in its portfolio of more than 300%.

The Group currently operates 40 branded residence communities around the world, with another 100 projects under development, across 20 distinct brands.

The properties are supported by Accor One Living, the company’s industry-first platform focused on the development, design and operation of mixed-use projects and branded living communities.
