Sharjah's Air Arabia launches new flights to the Maldives

Direct daily UAE-Maldives service starts 27 October 2024

Air Arabia, the Middle East and North Africa’s first and largest low-cost carrier operator, will commence a non-stop service between Sharjah and the Maldives this year.

The new flights between Sharjah International Airport in the UAE and Velana International Airport in Malé will operate daily from 27 October 2024, providing travelers with more convenient and affordable options to explore one of the most famous destinations in South Asia.

Flights will depart Sharjah at 8am, arriving in Malé at 1:20pm (local time), the return service will depart Malé at 2:20pm, arriving back in Sharjah at 5:55pm.

Passengers will fly aboard Air Arabia’s Airbus A320. The aircraft is equipped with ‘SkyTime’, a free in-flight streaming service that allows passengers to stream a wide selection of entertainment directly to their devices.

Customers can now book their direct flights from Sharjah to the Maldives now for travel from 27 October 2024.
