Aleph Hospitality has opened Four Points by Sheraton Jeddah in Saudi Arabia.

Located in the Rabwah District, the 112-room hotel is just 15 minutes from King Abdul Aziz International Airport. As well as an all-day dining restaurant and a lobby cafe, the hotel has five meeting rooms and a rooftop fitness centre with a gym, spa, jacuzzi, sauna and an outdoor swimming pool.

General manager Sultan Bin Abdulmohsen said the opening team had worked hard to prepare for guests during the busy holy month of Ramadan, and to mark the launch, the hotel is offering a special rate of SAR325 (US$87), including Suhoor, until the end of Ramadan.

Founded in Dubai in the UAE, Aleph Hospitality is an independent hotel management company in the Middle East and Africa, with a pipeline of 50 hotels in the region by 2027. The company is also behind Marriott International’s Sheraton Al Khobar Al Hamra property which is due to open in 2028 and Mogadishu Rotana, the first luxury hotel in Somalia, due for completion in 2026.

With its Red Sea coastline, cosmopolitan history, historic old town and fantastic food, Jeddah is set to see a slew of new openings in 2025.

Boosted by the Spanish Super Cup 2025, the city’s hotel industry posted its highest January occupancy level since 2015, at 70.5%, with RevPAR up 20.6%, according to data from CoStar.
