As the Holy Month of Ramadan begins, Atlantis Dubai is rolling out an extensive programme of iftar and suhoor experiences across its resorts, with the latest introduction at Ariana’s Persian Kitchen at Atlantis The Royal, where guests can mark the occasion with authentic Iranian cuisine in a refined setting on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah.
Running from 18 February through 19 March 2026, the restaurant is offering a curated iftar experience priced at AED395 (US$105) per person. The evening starts at 6pm, followed by a set dinner spread from 8:30pm to 11pm.
At sunset, diners can break their fasts with Mazafati, or Bam, dates imported from Iran before moving on to a bowl of Ashe Reshteh, a traditional soup made with lentils, legumes and greens. A generous selection of cold and hot mezzeh follows, featuring highlights such as the Salad Shirazi, prepared with three types of tomatoes, and the signature Original Sambuseh: ground lamb wrapped in filo pastry served with a rose water dip.

For the main course, guests can choose between the chicken Joojeh Kebab or Kabab Koobideh, a classic Iranian ground lamb delicacy, both served with saffron rice. A vegetarian option is also available, featuring Khoreshteh Bamieh with okra and plant-based koofteh. Children aged four to 11 can enjoy a dedicated kids’ menu.
Dining concludes with a range of desserts, including Baghlava Qazvini, seasonal fruit sorbet and Mamani’s Shole Zard, a slow-cooked rice pudding. Each guest will also receive water and one mocktail.
Since opening in 2019, Ariana’s Persian Kitchen has earned multiple industry distinctions, including the Michelin Guide Dubai’s 2023 Opening of the Year Award. Founded by celebrity chef Ariana Bundy, the restaurant celebrates Persian heritage and offers themed dining experiences throughout the year, such as for Christmas and New Year’s.
In addition to Ramadan offerings at Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, Atlantis Dubai is bringing back its Asateer Tent for iftars and suhoors. The venue can accommodate up to 1,730 guests with three distinct seating areas: the Asateer Garden, the Asateer Terrace and select majlises. Guests can enjoy a range of live cooking stations and a Fatteh and Foul Royal Bar. Cuisines will also vary by themed nights, including Arabesque, Persian and Khaleeji line-ups.
