Cleo restaurant opens at Hyde Hotel Dubai

Dubai’s new Business Bay hotel adds to the emirate’s buzzing F&B scene

Cleo aims to capture the vibrancy of eastern Mediterranean cuisine with a Levantine twist.

The dining experience will be complemented by an extensive wine cellar, table-side theatrics and an upbeat, lively atmosphere fuelled by live entertainment and DJs.

Chef George Kniher has designed a menu of shareable plates to offer an upmarket social dining experience, with dishes including the colourful, plant-based signature mezze platter accompanied by freshly baked pita; a refreshing watermelon salad, and an indulgent black truffle flatbread.

For a taste of the sea, guests can dive into speciality dishes such as the sashimi seabream drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice, or select fresh fish from the display to be salt-crust-baked or grilled on charcoal.

Meatier options include the Cleo mixed grill, complete with chicken tawook, kafta, beef skewers, lamb chops and tiger prawns.
