New Baggage Service Centre open 24/7 for lost and damaged luggage queries
Dubai Airports has introduced a new facility at Dubai International (DXB) Terminal 2 combining Left Luggage and Mishandled Baggage services in one venue to streamline the passenger experience.
The new Baggage Service Centre is open 24 hours-a-day and offers a range baggage-related services.
Critcially, the new facility connects publicly accessible areas with the secured areas of the terminal, allowing guests to claim their luggage without having the hassle of going through screening processes.

According to Dubai Airports, the accessible Baggage Service Centre will increase safety and reduce waiting times for travellers with baggage issues, making the airport experience more efficient.
The new initiative is launched in collaboration with Dubai Airports and its service partners, which include Dubai Police, Dubai Customs and Dnata.
Ranked the second busiest international airport in the world by the Airports Council International earlier this month, DXB processed a total of 86,994,365 passengers through the airport in 2023.
