Dubai-based Emirates adds seven more destinations to A350 network

Next-generation aircraft to make Saudi Arabia debut

Dubai’s flagship carrier Emirates Airways will roll out its new A350 service to seven more destinations across four regions between June and October 2025.

Featuring the airline’s latest cabin innovations, the newly delivered A350 aircraft will make its debut in Africa, Southeast Asia and Saudi Arabia serving routes to Tunis, Ho Chi Minh City and Dammam, as well as on services to Amman, Baghdad and Oslo.

What’s more, Emirates will expand its A350 services on regional routes, adding a third daily Bahrain flight from 1 June and a second daily Kuwait flight from 1 October.

More A350 destinations, including long-haul routes, will arrive as new aircraft join its fleet

Taking delivery of its first Airbus A350 in November 2024, Emirates deployed its next-generation aircraft in January 2025, first to Edinburgh in Scotland, followed by Kuwait and Bahrain, with Muscat in Oman and Lyon in France taking off in March and Bologna in Italy set to debut from 1 June.

Also taking off from 1 June, Emirates will operate the A350 six times weekly to Tunisia’s capital Tunis and daily to Amman in Jordan, before rolling out the fleet on daily flights to Istanbul in Turkey and Dammam a month later.

From 1 August, the A350 will operate on daily flights to Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City and thrice-weekly flights to Baghdad in Iran, with a daily service to Norway’s capital Oslo starting in September.

Adnan Kazim, Chief Commercial Officer at Emirates Airline said this continued expansion gives customers the opportunity “to experience our latest generation interiors like Business Class and Premium Economy along with plenty of thoughtful touches throughout every cabin”.

The three-class A350 aircraft features 312 seats, with 32 Business Class lie-flat seats in a 1-2-1 layout, 21 Premium Economy seats in a 2-3-2 configuration, and 259 Economy Class seats in a 3-3-3 arrangement.

The A350 also has high ceilings and wider aisles, faster Wi-Fi and the latest version of the ice inflight entertainment system. Other cutting-edge tech touches include wireless charging in Business Class, electric window blinds in premium classes and digital inflight menus.

More A350 destinations, including long-haul routes, will arrive as new aircraft join its fleet.

The airline also continues the rollout of its refurbished Boeing 777s, adding services to Seoul in South Korea and London Stansted in the UK. Riyadh recently became the first city in the region to be served exclusively by the retrofitted aircraft.
