Emirates and Museum of the Future to co-host Aviation Future Week

Debut event will run from 15 October in Dubai

Dubai is set to welcome UAE ministers, senior government officials, industry leaders and avition experts to the region’s first Aviation Future Week event this October.

The event, which is supported by Emirates and Dubai’s Museum of the Future, is a platform for insights and discussion opportunities around the passenger journey, future traffic demand, airfreight and logistics, as well as the latest developments in AI and XR.   

Set to run from 15 to 17 October, 2024, the Aviation Future Week programme will include keynote talks, panels and workshops. 

On the opening day of the event, speakers and industry experts will address air travel demand and airport infrastructure and how airports, airlines, aerospace manufacturers and other stakeholders can deliver an enhanced passenger experience using technology.

Day two will be dedicated to developments within airfreight and logistics, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) development within the region. The third and final day will navigate the boundary-breaking potential of Web3, AI and XR solutions to drive workflow efficiencies and service delivery.

In addition to the main programme, Aviation Future Week will showcase the latest in aviation technologies, allowing visitors to learn about new products and concepts, and also network with industry representatives. 

A series of interactive workshops will be spearheaded by Emirates and Museum of The Future, supported by Emirates CX teams, Dnata, Emirates SkyCargo, Flight Operations, Emirates and dnata environment teams, Boeing and the Emirates Group Youth Council.
