Emirates to launch flights to Tel Aviv in June

Israel was ranked as one of the UAE’s top 20 source markets in 2021

Emirates airline will operate the new Dubai-to-Tel Aviv route on its three-class Boeing 777-300ER, featuring eight private suites in first class, 42 lie-flat seats in business class and 304 seats in economy class.

The first flight will depart on 23 June 2022 as EK931, leaving Dubai, UAE at 15:50, and arriving at Ben Gurion Airport, Tel Aviv, Israel at 18:00 local time. The return flight EK932 will depart Tel Aviv at 19:55, arriving in Dubai at 23:59.

Flight schedules have been timed to provide optimum connection opportunities to holiday destinations including Thailand, India, Philippines, the Maldives, Sri Lanka and South Africa

Travellers from the US and Brazil can opt to use the Dubai Stop Over package before they continue their journey to Tel Aviv. The package includes stays at some of the Dubai’s best hotels and sightseeing opportunities at the emirate’s landmarks.

According to data released by the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism, Israel was ranked as one of the emirate’s top 20 source markets in 2021 and is expected to climb up the ranking this year as it continues to welcome more visitors.

Speaking about the launch of the daily route, Emirates Airline chief commercial officer Adnan Kazim said: “We look forward to finally welcoming customers onboard our flights to and from Tel Aviv this summer, and offer them substantial connectivity to and through our Dubai hub as Covid travel restrictions continue to ease around the world and more borders open up.
