The Abu Dhabi-based airline will add four seasonal routes to its schedule from June
Crete, Malaga, Santorini and Zanzibar are soon to be served by Etihad Airways – just in time for the summer holidays.
The airline has announced that it will launch a twice weekly service to Crete for the summer season. The flights are set to be operated on an Airbus A320 aircraft and will connect Abu Dhabi to Crete’s main city of Heraklion.
New destinations for the summer season have also been announced. The carrier will return to Malaga, Santorini and Zanzibar. From 15 June 2022, it will operate twice weekly flights to Malaga aboard its Boeing 787. Then, on 16 June, the airline will begin thrice weekly flights to Santorini in Greece and thrice weekly flights to Zanzibar will be added to its schedule from 17 June.
