Millennium Hotels & Resorts launches updated loyalty programme

MyMillennium will have a third tier with more rewards for repeat guests

Global hospitality group Millennium Hotels & Resorts has revamped its loyalty programme, MyMillennium.

Members can now enjoy expanded rewards that enhance their stays, dining experiences and other services.

The programme introduces three new membership levels: Classic, Silver and Prestige, marking a significant shift from the current two-tier system to a more nuanced three-tier structure.

Presently, the programme has two membership levels: 'Member' for those who accumulate up to nine qualifying nights within a calendar year, and 'Prestige' for those who accumulate 10 or more.

In 2025, the revamped programme will introduce an intermediate 'Silver' tier, adding more rewards for members with between 10 and 19 qualifying nights, while those with 20 or more nights will now enter the 'Prestige' tier.

The introduction of the new Silver-tier serves as a stepping stone between the Classic and Prestige tiers, designed to enhance the membership experience for returning guests.

Additionally, new members will receive a welcome gift of a US$20 dining credit, allowing them to experience the brand's global dining offerings.

Millennium Hotels and Resorts will also introduce MyMillennium BIZ, a new loyalty programme for corporate bookers, replacing the former MyMillennium Pro.
