Launch introduces airline’s second destination in the UAE, joining Sharjah
Fly Jinnah, Pakistan’s low-cost carrier, has commenced its first-ever direct service between Lahore and Dubai in the UAE.
First announced in September, the new twice-weekly route started on 30 October 2025, with services operating every Wednesday and Sunday.
A spokesperson for Fly Jinnah said: “We are pleased to launch our new direct service between Lahore and Dubai, further expanding Fly Jinnah’s international network and offering more convenient travel options for our passengers.
“This new route not only strengthens air connectivity between Pakistan and the UAE but also supports trade, tourism and cultural exchange between both nations.”

The launch signals continued growth for Fly Jinnah’s international network, which now spans seven GCC cities, including Muscat, Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Manama, Sharjah and now Dubai.
Travel routes between the UAE and Pakistan continue to grow as local carriers, Etihad and Air Arabia Abu Dhabi, increase their daily flight operations to the country.
Since September, Etihad has doubled the frequency of its Abu Dhabi-Karachi route, now operating 28 weekly flights, while also beginning a Peshawar service. Meanwhile, Air Arabia Abu Dhabi has increased its volume of flights heading to Multan and Faisalabad.
Combined, the two airlines provide more than 50 weekly flights from Abu Dhabi to cities all over Pakistan, including Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, Multan, Sialkot, Faisalabad and Peshawar.
