Four Seasons’ new Italian road tour itinerary

Send classic car enthusiasts to Florence this September

This month, Four Seasons has unveiled a new road trip experience, ‘Beyond by Four Seasons, An Exclusive Driving Journey Through Tuscany’.

The week-long curated drive experience designed to showcase the best of the Italian countryside by luxury car runs from 24 to 30 September 2022.

Working in collaboration with driving experiences specialist Canossa Events, as well as the city of Florence, Four Seasons invites travellers to meet in the Tuscan capital.

Drivers can enjoy the Italian escape from the comfort of their own vehicle or a vintage classic or luxury sports car arranged by a dedicated guest services team

This first-of-its-kind journey offered by the brand puts guests behind the wheel to explore Italian landscapes, and gives them special access to must-see sites and restaurants, with Four Seasons Hotel Firenze in Florence as their base.

“Every step of the guest journey – from the accommodations and daily activities to the exclusively curated drives and local recommendations – is thoughtfully managed with the attention to detail and genuine service for which Four Seasons is renowned,” says the brand.

Earlier this year, Four Seasons also unveiled more private jet journeys in 2023. Four Seasons will offer three more private jet journeys in 2023, making it the largest private jet schedule the brand has offered in one year.

The hotel group first launched its 2023 programme in December 2021 following record demand for its 2022 line-up.

The schedule initially featured four itineraries, including two family-friendly journeys through Africa and the 24-day Timeless Encounters itinerary, the longest-running Four Seasons private jet journey.

The new itineraries include a second Timeless Encounters journey from 26 March to 18 April 2023, with stops in French Polynesia, Australia, Indonesia and Thailand; the Ancient Explorer itinerary from 16 August to 8 September 2023, which flies from Miami to Madrid; and Unchartered Discovery from 30 November to 20 December 20, visiting Costa Rica, Peru, Argentina, Antarctica and Colombia.

Four Seasons’ president Christian Clerc said: “Our private jet offering consistently attracts global interest from travellers looking to make their next adventure truly extraordinary.

“We have grown our journey schedule to accommodate seven trips in 2023 – the most we’ve ever offered in one year.”

All 2022 and 2023 itineraries will take place aboard the new Four Seasons Private Jet. The 48-seat Airbus A321neo-LR aircraft, operated by TCS World Travel, has been fully customised, taking into consideration input from previous journey passengers, and reportedly offers the widest and tallest cabin in its class.
