Jumeirah drives Emiratisation with new internship programme

The hospitality group aims to foster the next generation of industry leaders

Jumeirah Group has launched an internship programme aimed at Emiratis in order to nurture local talent in the hope of creating future industry leaders and innovators in the fields of tourism and hospitality.

Designed for undergraduate UAE nationals, the programme offers participants hands-on training across several aspects and departments of the group’s hotel operations, before completing their dedicated training plan with a specific team.
