Resort is the first in Muscat to offer the renowned cold-water therapy treatment
As the popularity of cold-water therapy continues to grow in the hospitality wellness space, Oman's Jumeirah Muscat Bay resort has announced the launch of Wim Hof Method Fundamentals Workshops.
The five-hour Wim Hof Method Fundamentals Workshops at Jumeirah Muscat Bay costs US$135 per person.
Recent research shows the health advantages of the Wim Hof Method can include boosted mood, metabolism and immune system, and a reduction in inflammation as a result of increased adrenaline levels caused by exposure to extreme cold.

Workshops begin with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method, in which guests will learn how to incorporate the three key pillars of the method – Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure and Commitment – led by Wim Hof Method-certified instructor Thomas Kleefeld.
Throughout the process, guests will be taught how they can utilise oxygen and cold exposure to optimise body and mind.
At the end of the session, guests will be invited to enjoy an optional ice bath, offering a moment of reinvigoration in the Omani heat.
