Barbara Muckermann, Group CEO at Kempinski Hotels said the partnership represents an exciting opportunity for Europe's oldest hotel brand to elevate the guest experience in one of the continent's most prestigious addresses.

Muckermann said: “Our commitment is to preserve the legacy of Nymphenburg while introducing new dimensions of luxury, personalised service and innovative hospitality for discerning guests around the world.”

Bookings for the baroque-designed Royal Residence at Nymphenburg Palace include full access to the villa, daily breakfast, airport transfers, 24/7 butler service and a chauffeured limousine. The Royal Residence can also be booked for exclusive events.

Overnight accommodation starts from US$26,250 per night

Tableware and art aficionados will be familiar with Nymphenburg Porcelain, which is showcased throughout the Royal Residence with significant pieces by international artists including Damien Hirst and Nick Knight on display. The porcelain factory is situated in one of the palace’s Cavalier Houses, with each item still made by hand.

Munich is a popular destination in southern Germany, with many direct flights from the Middle East. Bahrain’s Gulf Air added Munich as a new route in 2024.
