Property to feature a rooftop pool, five dining venues and a kids’ club
Radisson Hotel Group has signed its first hotel in Ras Al Khaimah’s RAK Central, marking its third property in the northern emirate. The new Radisson Blu Hotel RAK Central, developed in partnership with BNW Developments, will be located within RAK Central, a large-scale mixed-use commercial and lifestyle district planned as Ras Al Khaimah’s future financial hub.
The signing supports Radisson’s wider growth strategy in the UAE, which includes the Radisson Red Marjan Island, set to open in 2027 with 280 keys, and forms part of a regional pipeline of more than 8,000 keys currently in operation or under development across the Middle East.
Set at the heart of RAK Central, Radisson Blu Hotel RAK Central will feature 361 rooms and suites within a newly built property positioned above curated retail and cinema offerings, creating a vibrant address with strong destination appeal.
Designed for both business and leisure travellers, the hotel will offer five food and beverage venues, a rooftop terrace and pool bar, meeting and event spaces, a spa and gym, a Business Class lounge and a kids’ club.

Located close to Al Marjan Island and Al Hamra Village, the property will benefit from direct connectivity to the E11 highway, linking Ras Al Khaimah to the other emirates, and will provide views over Al Hamra Golf Club and the Arabian Gulf.
Adjacent to the hotel, Radisson Blu Residences RAK Central will add a further 222 branded residences to the destination.
The latest signing follows what Radisson Hotel Group has described as a “record year” in the Middle East and North East Africa, bringing its regional portfolio to 100 hotels in operation and under development and keeping it on track to reach 150 hotels, resorts and serviced apartments in the region by 2030.
Among the key regional openings in 2026, the Radisson Collection Residence Riyadh is set to debut in Q1 as the group’s third luxury property in the Saudi capital. The residence will be housed within what is described as Saudi Arabia’s first Salmani-style architectural tower.
In Ras Al Khaimah, development momentum remains strong, with more than 2,000 keys announced in 2025 and around 2,500 expected to enter the market by 2027, predominantly in the luxury segment, taking total inventory towards roughly 16,000 rooms by 2030.
Major incoming brands include Wynn Al Marjan Island, the emirate’s flagship US$5.1 billion integrated resort set to add 1,530 rooms when it opens in 2027, alongside projects from Marriott (Westin, W, JW Marriott Al Marjan), Nobu, Nikki Beach, Fairmont, Four Seasons and Taj, as well as home-grown select-service brands.
