The 292-key Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort has four beachfront pools

The opening of the five-star Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort marks Sofitel's inaugural property in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimahn in the UAE. The property promises to “epitomise luxury” and will officially open this month.

Located within Al Hamara Village, the beachfront resort has been designed to blend French elegance with local architecture and art, drawing inspiration from the journeys of nomads across the Arabian Peninsula.

The hotel has 292 rooms, ranging from the Classic King to the Luxury Double categories, all featuring exclusive Dyptique amenities. Included in the inventory are 47 suites, including the Prestige One Bedroom, Beachfront Signature Two Bedrooms, and Two Presidential Suites.

Guests will have a choice of seven dining venues, including East, an all-day dining restaurant serving a global menu; Reunion, specialising in French cuisine and Waka, it’s speciality Polynesian restaurant.

The roster is completed with its pool bar, Samphire, its lobby lounge, Citron, its wine bar, Veritas, and Blend and Squeeze, the resort’s fresh juice bar.

As well as four beachfront swimming pools overlooking the waters of the Gulf, the Al Hamra Beach Resort comes with the first Sofitel Spa with Clarins, while golf enthusiasts have access to Al Hamra Golf Club, an 18-hole championship golf course.
