Beach Deck features locally sourced seafood

The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach has launched a new beachside restaurant called Beach Deck. The open-air restaurant serves a selection of seafood dishes and cocktails.

The resort’s team of chefs has created a menu using locally sourced ingredients, grilled to order as well as seafood prepared on live stations. Featured ingredients include Dibba Bay oysters and fish caught in local waters.

Beach Deck has been designed using earthy materials to create a laid-back atmosphere where diners can enjoy sundowners while taking in sunset views of Ras Al Khaimah’s coastline.
