Saudi carrier's hiring events to roll out across the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe
Saudi Arabia’s new national airline, Riyadh Air, has unveiled a series of cabin crew recruitment roadshows as it prepares for launch this year.
With plans to connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations by 2030, supported by a fleet of 132 aircraft, Riyadh Air will directly and indirectly create more than 200,000 jobs globally and locally.
Following clearance by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) for commercial operations, Riyadh Air has kicked off its international search for “exceptional, passionate and driven individuals” to join its cabin crew.
Posting on LinkedIn, the carrier announced a series of global Cabin Crew Roadshows across the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe.
“We are not just hiring cabin crew, we are building a world-class team that will shape the future of hospitality in the skies,” the airline said.
After kicking off in Riyadh and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, the roadshows will visit the UAE with events in Dubai and Abu Dhabi before heading to Africa with stops in Tunis, the capital of Tunisia, and Nairobi in Kenya.
The recruitment drive will also reach Asia, with events in Manila, the capital of the Philippines, as well as Delhi, India, and Bangkok in Thailand, and roll out across eastern Europe, including in Serbia’s Belgrade, Bucharest in Romania and Krakow in Poland.
Cabin crew recruits will wear the Riyadh Air uniform, which was unveiled on the world stage in Paris at the Haute Couture Week in June 2024 (pictured). A collaboration with renowned Saudi Haute couture designer Ashi Studio, the already award-winning outfits blend the kingdom's royal colour palettes with intricate patterns inspired by Arabic calligraphy.
