Roberto’s operator opens casual concept in Dubai

Caddy Shack Drive In is located at Trump International Golf Club 

Skelmore Hospitality Group, the operator behind fine-dining stalwart, Roberto’s in Dubai’s DIFC, has entered the world of casual concepts with its latest launch, Caddy Shack Drive In.

Overlooking the greens of Trump International Golf Club, the restaurant will serve a wide selection of laid-back favourites from gourmet burgers and nachos to ice cream sundaes and monster milkshakes.

The family-friendly venue, which will have entertainment during the week and host free movie nights on the weekends, aims to attract local residents, as well as those visiting from further afield.

Club members and golfers are also set to make up a large part of Caddy Shack’s target audience. Previously limited in terms of dining options, they can now enjoy a meal on their way to or from the PAR 3 course.
