Collaboration with IRTH Group part of residence expansion plan
Rove Hotels and UAE developer IRTH Group have agreed to terms to deliver its first residential project in the popular Dubai Marina neighbourhood.
The partnership supports Rove’s vision to expand its footprint in the residential market with 3,000 branded residences in the pipeline in Dubai and beyond planned over the next five years.
Designed for active professionals and investors, the residences are intented to "promote wellness and active living".
Rove Home Dubai Marina is positioned next to Dubai Marina Mall, a short walk from Dubai Marina Tram and Dubai Metro.
