Ultra-luxury alpine retreat in Gstaad includes 19 bedrooms, an F1 simulator and a wellness wing

The world’s largest private chalet is coming to the Swiss Alps. Chalet Oberbort will offer private groups an ultra-luxury residence for year-round stays in one of Switzerland’s most prestigious alpine destinations.
Located in Oberbort, the elevated residential district directly above Gstaad village, the property sits within an enclave known for its large private accommodations, landmark hotels and far-reaching views over the Bernese Alps. Oberbort is regarded as one of Gstaad’s most sought-after addresses, favoured by those who prioritise privacy while remaining close to the village and its Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury boutiques.
Part of Unica Capital’s portfolio of ultra-luxury estates, helmed by Swiss entrepreneur Byron Baciocchi, the chalet is being designed with the privacy and comfort of a home but with facilities more usually associated with a private resort.

Guests can unwind in dual thermal pools with views of the snow-covered peaks, as well as benefit from snow showers, a hammam, alpine sauna, cold plunge and a series of treatment suites.
