Luxury eco-resort destined for Saudi’s Aqaba coastline

Zannier Hotels is partnering with Neom to develop a luxury eco-resort in Magna’s Zardun, the development’s newest region in the Gulf of Aqaba.

Zannier Zardun is described as “a tranquil retreat for discerning guests seeking authentic experiences amidst a natural setting”.

The resort in Saudi’s Tabuk Province will have 100 rooms and suites spread over three themed buildings, with guests welcomed through an underground entrance leading to a 360-degree observation deck.

Magna’s Executive Director Jeremy Lester said: “Zannier Zardun epitomises Neom's dedication to crafting unrivalled experiences that celebrate the precious environment and rich heritage of Magna.

“Together we will carefully and diligently cultivate and conserve the vibrant ecosystem along the coast for future generations.”

“Our collaboration with Zannier Hotels represents a powerful partnership," said Neom Hotel Division Executive Director Chris Newman.
